I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the Schmitz Family this past weekend. They were spending the weekend with their grandchildren and decided it was the perfect opportunity for a photo session! What a lovely family, and adorable children!

Recent Newborns & Babies
Here are some captures from some recent newborns & babies that I have had in the studio, this is defintiely my favorite age–newborn-9 months, once they become mobile it definitely in challenging, but i’m up for it!

Some recent sessions October-December
Fall season into winter has been crazy busy for me, but I’m loving every minute of it!
October was jam packed with about 23 sessions! I did my first annual Fall Photo Session in the Park and it was a huge hit! The first weekend in October was here in Stevens Point, and the weather dissapointed but thankfully we were able to make up the sessions the following day. The next weekend was the sessions in Appleton at Sunset Park (in Kimberly). I was booked solid from 8am-6pm on Saturday with sessions, and the next day as well from 8am-2pm on Sunday with sessions. The weather was unseasonably cold–27 degrees that day (Saturday) and the first flurries of the season flew that day, but the families were amazing and we were able to produce some wonderful portraits for these families to have. Keep your calendar open for 2010 Fall Photo sessions in the park! October 9 & 10, 2010, location pending but I am holding out for Plamman Park in Appleton.

Jackie & Matt Schara-9/12/09
Jen & I had the pleasure of being a part of Jackie & Matt’s special day on 9/12/09 in Milladore, WI and Marshfield, WI. Jackie was a beautiful bride and everything went great. The pastor had a great message for Jackie & Matt and you can tell these two are perfect for each other! We had so much fun with everyone at the park afterwards and getting some great car shots too! Best of luck to the both of you and thank you so much for having us a part of your special day.
Alex & Mike Juedes 9/5/09
Jen Grady & I had the pleasure of working with Alex & Mike and their awesome bridal party in Wausau/Rothschild on 9/5/09. The ceremony was beautiful, although a little warmer than I think Mike wanted it to be, but we all survived, headed over to Oak Island Park for some awesome pictures–what a great wedding party willing to do anything! The dinner/reception was held at Rothschild pavillion, and everything was wonderful! Thanks Alex & Mike for having Jen & I be a part of your special day!
Elijah Newborn Photo Shoot
Little 5 day old Elijah came in to the studio this morning with his mom and dad, and while it took a little bit for him to calm down, the shots we got were wonderful! Thanks Mike & Serena for bringing your 3rd bundle of joy in for me to meet, and I hope you enjoy the photos, and get some sleep when you can (both of you!).
